It’s the perfect combination of a Christmas green honeycomb hand smocked full bodice decorated with delicate bright red bullion stitched bows and finished with a new and most beautiful red tartan cotton sash that is tied to the front to create the perfect bow statement.  Its intricate hand smocked design combines beautifully with its red cotton skirt.
