Macarena Pink Dress

Meet Macarena, a unique timeless, not quite like what you see everywhere else!  Our stunning Macarena combines two of my absolute favorite things: toile cotton fabric and intricate hand smocked & hand embroidered details.  Macarena was designed with the special purpose to combine timeless vintage with a modern twist.  Beautifully accentuated with the almost disappearing “Calado” or piercing embroidery technique which literally means to pull out the threads, Macarena’s intricate Calado in pink complements its sweet hand smocked ruffled sleeves adding a delicate touch. A beautiful and modern geometric hand smocking design highlights its waist and gives rise to a stunning luscious back bow.  End result, true elegance with high emphasis on craftsmanship.  Our hems are entirely hand stitched, and so is every mother of pearl button that is put into place.

Care:  Due to the intricate hand embroidery, we recommend that our pieces are hand washed and laid flat to dry. Ironing should be done on low setting.
