Merci

Merci was designed with the special purpose to create a sister bubble set in order match our adorable Mercedes dress.  This vintage inspired classic will blow you away!  Meet Merci, the perfect wide legged jumper bubble with tiny pleats at its sides combining comfort and style. Merci’s white bone cotton batiste top fabric is adorned with gathered sleeves and neckline and its bodice is what brings this beautiful piece to life!  Beautifully accentuated with the almost disappearing “Calado” or piercing embroidery technique which literally means to pull out the threads.  Through this technique, our artisans pull cotton threads from the fabric and then use those pulled threads to create an intricate design.   A hand embroidered flower pattern adorns the Calado and create the perfect color match with Merci’s skirt in tones of lavender and navy blue.  We focus on giving attention to even the smallest of details, therefore each mother of pearl button and its hem is perfectly handstitched into place.

Care:  Due to the intricate hand embroidery, we recommend that our pieces are hand washed and laid flat to dry. Ironing should be done on low setting.
