At Manolitas, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade items. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In the unlikely event that you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s what you can expect:
Given the nature of our products being handmade and made to order, we generally do not offer exchanges or refunds. However, Manolitas takes full responsibility for items that are dispatched damaged, faulty, stained, or if there has been a delivery mistake attributed to Manolitas. In such cases, we will assume the costs related to resolving these issues, limited to the purchase amount and respective shipping costs.

Product Damages
We ask that you please inspect your order upon reception. If the item you received is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@manolitas.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to correct it as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed.
