Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.manolitas.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

Given our orders are made to order therefore custom made for you, we will do our best to work on our best processing timing possible.  Please allow 5-8 business days for us to lovingly create and ship your order starting to count from the day your order is placed.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  Because customer satisfaction is vital for us, we will always do our best in shipping your order the soonest we can, sometimes even sooner than the stipulated processing timeframe. 

Shipment Timeframes:  International Shipping

We use international DHL EXPRESS courier service for all orders leaving our San Salvador workshop and shipping internationally. Courier delivery usually takes anywhere from 3-6 business days (door to door) to the U.S & Canada, provided there are no customs delays.  Shipping timeframe will depend on your designated country of destination.

If you are not available at the address specified when the delivery is attempted, a DHL missed delivery card will be left in your post box notifying you that delivery has been attempted. You will then need to call the local DHL number listed on the card to organize re-delivery or pickup at the nearest DHL location.

Courier Delivery times cannot be guaranteed by Manolitas in the event of forces of nature or other uncontrollable events. Please note: due to COVID-19 precautions, packages may take longer than expected to process. Your Estimated Delivery Date may be updated based on new information and data from your country.

Holiday Shipping Schedule:

Please note that our team will be on vacation from December 15th to December 31st. During this period, our online store will remain open for orders, but please be aware that any orders placed between these dates will be processed and shipped starting in January. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we take this time to recharge and celebrate the holiday season with our loved ones.

We encourage you to place your orders before December 14th to ensure they are processed and shipped before our holiday closure. Thank you for your continued support, and we wish you a wonderful holiday season!

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and DHL’s link to track your order at all times.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. Manolitas is not responsible for any delays caused by a countries customs and is unable to alter the duties and taxes incurred.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

 Manolitas does not ship to any addresses containing P.O Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Local Shipments (El Salvador):

All orders delivered within El Salvador territory, will be shipped with our local shipping provider to your stipulated shipping address.  Same processing timeframes apply to all orders (5-8 business days).  Shipping Fee for all metropolitan shipping destinations is $5.00 and $10.00 for rural shipping destinations.

 Damages

Manolitas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, meaning items that are in transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment courier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.  Manolitas will however take full responsibility (limited to the purchase amount and respective shipping fee) for items which are either dispatched damaged, faulty or stained or have been subject to a delivery mistake attributed to Manolitas. Only in such cases, Manolitas will assume the costs related to the solution of such situations.  We are grateful for your support of our brand and mission and want to do our best to take care of our customers.
